The Privacy Policy below governs your use of the Incidental Contact web site and any information you provide on the site which is considered to be personally identifying information. Incidental Contact only collects personal information during the process for booking a private or group session and/or if you choose to purchase items from Incidental Contact’s store. Please click on the link for the Incidental Contact store and go through the screens to see the data we ask you to provide PRIOR to you providing any of your personal credit information to pay for anything. Any personal data you voluntarily give to the company to book a coaching session will be used solely for contacting you and maintaining the information related to the particular facts of your request, including your address, personal contact information and name/names of attendees The personal information we request assists us in maintaining attendance lists and correct data for use in getting to and from the location for the coaching sessions. We may also, in the future, offer newsletters or other notices with updates about our new products and web site content. Your personal contact information, including email, would assist us to include you in the growing community of women who utilize our site. Should you choose NOT to receive that type of information from us, just let us know when you reserve a session or buy an item from the store.
Incidental Contact does not sell, rent or provide your individual personal information to third parties for any reason. We may share aggregate, non-personally identifiable information about you (such as age range, general geographic location, and sports preferences) with our business partners to fulfill our contractual obligations. As indicated below, you will be providing your credit card information to a separate secure site, from which we will receive confirmation of payment.
Incidental Contact does NOT collect or have access to any information related to your credit/debit cards or any other financial data about you when you purchase any item from the Incidental Contact store. We use the services of VeriSign/Pay Pal®, Inc. and during the check out procedure when you are prompted to input your credit/debit card information, you are transferred to a secure server maintained by VeriSign/Pay Pal. You can then return to incidentalcontact.com after completing the check out procedure by clicking on the link provided. We will have access to your personal credit card information or checking account information should you choose to book a coaching session. Incidental Contact safeguards that information in order that no third party has access to it other than Incidental Contact’s bank, for payment processing purposes.

Incidental Contact does NOT utilize cookies, which are small data files that web sites often store on your computer's hard drive when you visit their sites. A cookie may contain information that is used to track the pages of the sites you've visited.
